Team Work Accelerator

Every business from time to time finds that they have teams that are not performing to their full potential. This short, high impact programme is designed to take a group of individuals to form them into a functioning team through practical activity; allowing them to progress through the stages, away from the workplace.

The programme has been created for groups of people that have been quickly brought together and need to hit the ground running (for example project groups, new teams, start-up businesses). The programme typically lasts between one and three days, and can incorporate a residential option.

Team Work Accelerator is very practical based, interlaced with management and leadership theory to instil understanding of the process of effective team work. Depending on the group we can add elements of leadership and a concept known as ‘followship'.

Depending on the delegates, we have a tremendous variety of facilities which we can use, such as our Activity Centre, Horticulture Centre, Equestrian Centre, Golf Centre, Walled Gardens, and access to the Quantocks for walking or mountain biking. We also use a number of indoor activity areas. Alternatively this can be run at a suitable location chosen by you.

Activities are chosen to fit the needs and requirements of the groups, which means that we can cater for all groups and industries.

Costs start at only £130 (including lunch and materials). Minimum of six people per group required.
