Effective Recruitment

Effective recruitment is vital to ensuring that the right candidate gets the job. Given that you only get to see a snap shot of your new employee are you sure that have chosen the right one?

We have created a programme which we can bring to you and implement as part of your recruitment process. We can run a number of short activities for your candidates which are tailored to your business - giving your interviewers the opportunity to witness behaviours and traits that candidates will naturally use during a task. Having the opportunity to evaluate candidates in this way is very difficult to recreate using traditional questioning techniques.

This programme would be suitable for any business looking to recruit senior staff/managers or a business looking to recruit a number of staff to join or make up a team. In partnership with the Team Work Accelerator Programme these two options would be an excellent way of firstly recruiting a number of new staff and then quickly forming those staff into a team.

Given the nature of this service, we are able to attend your chosen location. Alternatively you may wish to hold your recruitment day at our Activity Centre and make use of some of our excellent facilities which include our Horticulture Centre, Equestrian Centre, Golf Course, Walled Gardens or access to the Quantocks for walking or mountain biking. We also use a number of indoor activity areas.
